1 General Provisions & Applicability

bb99 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legal agreement between bb99 and the registered user ("Member").

bb99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. For significant changes, bb99 will provide Members with appropriate notice.

In addition to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply to the use of the services. All documents together form a complete agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account and use the services at bb99. bb99 may request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide proof may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account and possible forfeiture of deposits.

It is entirely the Member's responsibility to ensure the security of their account. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify bb99 support immediately.

2.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Operating, selling, or renting an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods are currently available for transactions at bb99:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet
• Nagad — Mobile financial service by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank

Transactions through any method other than those listed above are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.

3.3 Processing Time

After successful verification, withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Additional time may be required in unusual circumstances or if a security review is needed.

3.4 Transaction Verification

bb99 may request identity verification, source verification, or additional documentation for any transaction. In the event of failed or incomplete verification, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.

bb99 reserves the right to suspend the relevant account and funds at any time if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳10,000 will earn a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) for a total of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each new member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• The validity period for using a bonus is limited — unused bonuses will be cancelled upon expiry.
• bb99 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5 VIP Program

bb99's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, and it is the Member's responsibility to learn them before starting a game. If a result is affected by a technical error, bb99 will take necessary corrective action.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods
• Operating multiple accounts
• Exploiting system errors or vulnerabilities
• Misconduct or making threats toward other members or bb99 staff
• Attempting to win through any fraudulent or unlawful means

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to server outages, network problems, or other technical reasons, bb99 will make a reasonable decision regarding the affected bets. This decision will be considered final.

7 Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the bb99 website — logos, images, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of bb99 or a third-party licensor. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of these materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

By using the services, the Member grants bb99 the right to use the platform for limited, personal, and non-commercial purposes. This right does not create any ownership interest.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

bb99 does not sell Members' personal information to third parties. However, information may be shared to meet legal obligations or to prevent fraud.

9 Limitation of Liability

bb99 will not be liable for any loss caused by technical failures, third-party failures, or the Member's own actions. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Gaming inherently carries financial risk. Members use the services with full awareness and at their own risk.

10 Account Closure & Termination

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Pending bonuses at the time of request may be forfeited. Withdrawable balances where wagering requirements have been met will be returned.

10.2 Closure by bb99

In cases of breach of Terms, fraud, or other misconduct, bb99 may close an account without prior notice. In such cases, accumulated bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited.

11 Responsible Gaming

bb99 prioritizes responsible gaming. We encourage Members to set their own limits and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income.
