bb99 Responsible Gaming —
Keep the Fun Safe
bb99 believes that online gaming is enjoyable only when played responsibly. Your safety is our highest priority.
Why is Responsibility Important?
Online casino and betting is a form of entertainment — but it also carries the risk of addiction. bb99 wants you to enjoy games with a clear mind, within a set budget, and with informed decisions. On this page we will show you how to use our protective tools, recognise signs of problematic gambling, and seek help when needed.
Registration and play at bb99 are permitted only for those aged 21 or above. Creating an account for minors is strictly prohibited. A request to parents — keep parental controls enabled on your devices so that children cannot access this platform.
Safety Tools & Features
Self-Exclusion
If you want to take a break for a while, contact bb99 support to suspend your account for a set period. You can use this feature at any time based on your personal decision.
Deposit Limit Setting
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit for yourself. Staying within the limit means there is no way to go beyond your budget. Lowering the limit takes effect immediately.

Recognise the Signs of Problematic Gambling
If you notice any of the following signs in yourself, take a break immediately and seek help. Awareness at an early stage is the best protection.
Feeling the urge to keep placing larger bets to chase losses.
Staying in a game far longer than planned and being unable to stop.
Spending money set aside for essential expenses on gaming, or borrowing money to bet.
Hiding or lying to family and friends about gambling.
Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not playing, and losing your temper.
Prioritising gaming over work, studies, or family responsibilities.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Before playing at bb99, ask yourself: am I playing for entertainment, or in the hope of getting money back? Gaming is never a reliable source of income. Every game is random — both winning and losing are possible.
- Set a specific budget before playing and stick to it.
- Play for fun, not to make money.
- Take regular breaks and spend time away from the screen.
- Never place bets when under stress or under the influence of alcohol.
- End a session without trying to chase losses.
